In Colossians, Paul writes of the Sovereignty, Supremacy, and Sufficiency of Jesus Christ, declaring that in Him we live transformed lives for His glory. He is the answer to all the false, man-made, religious ideas that that the church was facing and is still facing today as well.

The doctines of grace emphasize the sufficiency of God’s grace to save sinners. These doctrines properly understood are Biblical; they are the message of Christ and the apostles as well as the early church. These doctrines are the central truths of the gospel.
